If you are using a free account you are not permitted to block ads. One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account. Although IDEAL ANALYTICS LTD will not be liable for your losses caused by any unauthorized use of your account, you may be liable for the losses of Service or others due to such unauthorized use. API Terms Customers may access their Service account data via browser.: You expressly understand and agree that IDEAL ANALYTICS LTD shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if IDEAL ANALYTICS LTD has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from your use of your browser. Abuse or excessively frequent requests to Service may result in the temporary or permanent suspension of your account’s access. IDEAL ANALYTICS LTD, in its sole discretion, will determine abuse or excessive usage of the API. Payment, Upgrading and Downgrading Terms A valid credit card/PayPal account is required for paying charges for online subscription of Ideal Analytics license. You will have to submit all information needed through online payment gateway (PayPal) portal. See PayPal terms and conditions and privacy policy. If you want to use Ideal Analytics, you can either select “Free edition” (Free version with limited features) or any other edition out of “Basic”, “Professional” and “Enterprise”. Evaluation edition cannot be opted more than once. Charges will be decided based on your inputs for number of different types of users, data usage and your choice of edition and the period of the subscription. Ideal Analytics Private Limited has sole rights to change tariff at any time without any prior notification which will be applicable for all subscriptions made thereafter. Decision for any type of discounts and its applicability is the sole consideration of Ideal Analytics administrator. Charges will be paid in full during the subscription and there is no choice for partial payment or payment in installments. For any upgrade or downgrade in plan level, you will have to initiate again the payment process; Ideal Analytics is not storing credit card data. Prices displayed on our website(http://ideal-analytics.com) are inclusive of all taxes. Termination If you ask for cancellation of the Service before the end of your current paid up month, your cancellation request will be processed by Ideal Analytics administrator and there will be no refund/penalty for this premature termination of service. IDEAL ANALYTICS LTD, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service, or any other IDEAL ANALYTICS LTD service, for any reason at any time. Such termination of the Service will result in the deactivation or deletion of your Account or your access to your Account, and the forfeiture and relinquishment of all content in your Account. IDEAL ANALYTICS LTD reserves the right to refuse Service to anyone for any reason at any time. Verbal, physical, written or other abuse (including threats of abuse or retribution) of any IDEAL ANALYTICS LTD customer, employee, member, or officer will result in immediate account termination. Modifications to the Service and Prices IDEAL ANALYTICS LTD reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. Prices of all Services, including but not limited to monthly subscription plan fees to the Service, are subject to change. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to the Service Site. IDEAL ANALYTICS LTD shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service. Content ownership We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Service. Your profile and materials uploaded remain yours. However, by sharing your login and password publicly, you agree to allow others to view and share your Content. IDEAL ANALYTICS LTD does not pre-screen Content, but IDEAL ANALYTICS LTD and its designee have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to refuse or remove any Content that is available via the Service. Logo: By becoming a paying customer of the Service, you grant us permission to use your company name and logo in connection with the marketing and promotion of our Company. Technical Specifications To use IDEAL ANALYTICS at its full potential, see technical specifications mentioned in http://www.ideal-analytics.com If the customer wants specific developments (for example: trainings, particular connections,…), he will have to contact IDEAL ANALYTICS LTD at contact@ideal-analytics.com to brainstorm about a customized solution, free or paying. IDEAL ANALYTICS LTD can decline the request in its sole discretion.
